GUIDELINES

Photo Requirements

Include at least one photo of ice cream per shift. All photos must be taken on the shop phone, and must be of a high quality. Make sure the lighting is good and the photo is well-composed.

UPLOADING PHOTOS

Upload your photos to the employee portal after your shift. The password for the portal is Phusecream123. This helps us keep track of all the photos being posted, and allows us to share them on our own social media channels if we choose to do so.

Scoop standard

Use the "scoop standard" when taking photos of ice cream in a cup or cone. This means using the 4 oz ice cream scooper and ensuring that the cup or cone appears full. This helps to show off the size of our scoops and makes for a more visually appealing photo.

BRAND REPRESENTATION

Remember that you are representing our brand online. Your social media presence should reflect the same level of professionalism and positivity that you bring to your work at the shop. Be a good ambassador for our brand, and have fun showcasing our delicious ice cream!

EDITING POLICY

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

BE CREATIVE

Encourage creativity! In addition to photos, we also encourage employees to create Reels and TikToks that showcase our ice cream in fun and creative ways. At the end of each month, the employee who creates the most creative Reel or TikTok will win a prize.

Scoop Standard

  • Standard

The standard is a full cup.

This means using the 4 oz ice cream scooper and ensuring that the cup or cone appears full. This helps to show off the size of our scoops and makes for a more visually appealing photo.

  • Not standard

If a scoop does not meet the "standard" criteria, it is considered a "not standard" scoop.
A "not standard" scoop would be something that looks unfull, melting ice cream, and an overall messy presentation. These scoops should not be used for social media photos.
